Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent while operating a sustainable made-to-order business. Please read the policy below carefully before submitting a return request.


Overview

We handle returns under two categories:

  1. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

  2. Size, fit, or change-of-mind returns

Each category follows a different process, outlined below.


1. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a refund or store credit.

Eligibility

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

Process

  • Submit a return request with supporting evidence

  • Once approved, we will provide access to our returns portal and return instructions

  • A return shipping label may be provided where applicable

Refunds

  • You may choose between a refund to the original payment method or store credit

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of inspection

  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund


2. Size, Fit or Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns due to sizing, fit, or personal preference, we offer 100% store credit only.

Eligibility

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Process

  • Submit a return request for approval

  • If approved, you will receive access to our returns portal and a return address

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • A trackable shipping service must be used

Store Credit

  • Store credit is issued after the item has been received and inspected

  • Credit is issued for the full product value (excluding shipping)

  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method

  • Credit can be used on any future purchase


3. Return Approval & Shipping

  • Do not return any items without prior approval

  • Return addresses are provided only after approval

  • Returns sent without approval may be refused or not processed

  • All returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval

  • Items must arrive no later than 31 days after the original delivery date

Approved returns may be directed to a local or regional return location, depending on your country.


4. Inspection & Processing

  • Returned items are inspected within 5 business days of receipt

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, washing, or use

  • If a return is rejected, the item may be returned to the customer at their cost


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items not in original condition


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different size, colour, or style, please place a new order using your store credit (if applicable).


7. EU & UK Customers – Cooling-Off Period

As our products are made to order, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
Returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined in this policy.
